Good ol Nolf

Today a partook in a game of nolf and enjoyed all the fond memories it brought back. I also was reminded of the state of the game when I left. It seems nolf is acting as some sort of rift in time, inhibiting the player's ability to grow up. I asked if any members of BoS were still around and was greeted by someone named GAY RIGHTS saying "BoS are fags, li$a pwned ur asses". He continued to lambaste BoS for a while until I just started to ignore him. My question is, how old would that person have to be to remember li$a? Seriously, how is this person still running around like he is 13 and just learned a bunch of new insults from his cousin Tom.

Im just ranting I guess now. I really did enjoy playing the game again and hope to play some of you guys again if you still have your nolf disks lying around.

Actually to be honest with you,not very old at all lol.You see Ice through the last maybe 3 or 4 years since Nolf's peak has been on the downward slope and most of the quality players have left there have been a multitude of different or same personalities using hacks,aliased accounts and trashing to try and help beef up their personal status on the game the way the old timers did it with actually playing fair and square in good games lol.

There is no doubt that some of the older trolls like Mafia are still around causing trouble but many others that only entered the game post 05' have also been creating intentional drama through unwanted means.I personally have played on and off now since 2002 but I stopped really playing back 06' and have made a few brief appearances every now and then but I have gona back to inactive since sometime in the fall of last year when I moved to my new place and as of yet have not been back on the few servers left to play since.

I say that whoever mentioned"LISA"may or may not be that old because I remember last summer and fall when I was playing,frequently there was what I and others believed were alias accounts belonging to players old enough to recall LISA that were playing under several LISA names including Globfem,Madigan,Bogart,X etc. and were noticiebly better then the original LISA members but liked to talk and start loads of sh** by labeling them selves as feminsts against all men and pronouncing girl power or how a woman is smarter than a man evertime they would win a game or score a point lol.

Whoever it was(and many of us have our suspicions but for sake of not wanting to start anything on BoS forum I wont name names lol) was obviously there to get underneath other players' and trolls' skins and throughout 2008 and 2009 they helped stir up a hornets nest of other idiots both for and against them lol.

Now the last couple time I played last year they seem to have fallen off the map but given that when they did play it was difficult to make the argument that they used hacks I am assuming that they were likely good players back in the day that were nonetheless trouble makers then and wanted to revive some of that forgotten stupidity in the hey days of Nolf for the younger generation of nolfers to see lol.
